Hi,

Issue is with a rendering workstation I built for a client using the Quadro FX 3700 from PNY in Vista Bus 64-bit.  I have the latest drivers installed with MAXtreme incorporate into them (nvidia build 169.96), when I launch 3ds 2009 it asks to install the 3ds specific performance drivers.  It says it successful but every time I launch 3ds 64-bit I get the same error.

Loading of Custom Driver Failed, loading null driver.

When i run the 32-bit 3ds 2009 App I don’t get the error.  I was wondering if anyone had any thoughts or suggestions.

Thanks

Oh joy...:( while I can’t help I’ve just ordered my Quadro FX3700 (from PNY & running the same Vista Bus 64) and should be here in a few days.... Has anyone else got a problem with this card or am I about to experience a world of pain?

I’m using an Elsa FX3700 on XP x64. Same NVidia driver, and the same Maxtreme (11.00.03?). Everything works fine.
Is the driver file (3dsmaxpd.drv) in the max root folder?
