Hi. I wonder if anyone can help me with this one. I’ve asked the guys in the animation forum but with no luck

1. Using biped (character studio) I create a collection of poses and save it as a .cpy.
2. When I try to load the collection (the .cpy), within the same or different file, it doesn’t load. I can see it in the folder, but it won’t load.
3. However, just a few of the copy collections I have created will always load without fail, but the majority will not.

I have read and re-read the help guff about copy collections and spent hours trying to save and load the files under different configurations but with no luck.

HELP!
