Hello…

I´m working in a scene using the production shaders with ligthing from a probe and camera mapping surfaces for shadows and reflections. They work great in a single frame, but when I try to render a sequence, camera mapping fails and only renders using one frame, not a video or a sequence, wich means I have to render one frame at a time !  then load another frame in the camera mapping material and render again… ridiculous !  there must be a way to load an image sequence or video file, otherwise it´s too much work to render a sequence of images !  Any help will be greatly apreciated guys.....

I think the reason is the use of the mental ray shader texture. Try using the max bitmap instead, which does support animations.

In the “Environment/Background Camera Map (mi) parameters” rollout, you have a wide Map button (by default it shows “Browse..."). That button plugs a texture directly into the shader.
But on the right, you have a little empty button (which is the same as the Map button in the Maps rollout). Click on that and you can select a max map… chose Bitmap, and then select the animated texture.

Haven’t tried, but should work.

And you might have to do the same on other production shaders.
