Does anyone know if there is a way, script of plugin that can take a snapshot of geometry that has been effected by a World Space Modifier? I have a rigged character that we want to send out for production in rapid prototyping and we need to get him in a expression at a certain frame then export that mesh in that post and clean it up and send it off. Right now there are several WSMs to make the rig work. I need to figure out a way to get the geo out… any thoughts. Maybe a point cloud?

Let me know,

thanks

The answer is a simple one, but not very obvious unless you know.
Right click the WSM in the stack, you must choose Collapse To from the menu, not Collapse All.

I believe you can also use the mesher compound object to do this sort of thing.
