Hi,

I hate to ask but I’ve looked at all the water Images around the net but cant find one I can use :( i’m just buidlding a personal website but have a neat concept I am trying to make.  I’m still new to website making but I wanted to have water on the bottom of the page, around 200-250 in Height and 1600px width, (could be higher I can crop if needed).  Can it also fade to black at the top?

I need dark water, I’m having a dark cloud theme on the top, and on the bottom is dark water, (almost like the water in Beowulf where Angelina Jolie comes out of it)

I will make reflections in Photoshop,

So need only a few long waves? I dont know the word.. it’s not a wave per say, but when the water is moving slightly, but has a surface I can put a refleaction on.

Please I would really appreciate this.

This is for my web portfolio site/experiment site.  So I would post on it that the image is profixed by (you) and can link it to your portfolio site or whereever you want *no adult content etc*

Thanks
Duncan

Feel free to message me any questions.

Something like this?
By waves, you mean ripples?

almost, I like the darkness on it too, umm I’ll post a picture here thats kinda like what I’m hoping for, but a more realistic look if possible? I know you’re taking time on this and I hate to sound picky sorry :(.

I like the angle of yours, just if possible a little more depth? Maybe half a inch or a inch.

I attached this file that shows the small waves which I mean,

I appreciate everything.

Thanks

Oh, For yours, I think the water just a little lighter on the blue side, so like a semi dark blue, because the background is going to be black initially, and it will be difficult to see I think,

So, I like the angle, maybe a little higher resolution render, and just a few adjustments.

Again, Thanks for this.

Probably wrong here too, but critique it so I know where to go if I have time.

I am surprised you really are content with the appearance, but if you really are, then good.
Let me know when your site is up I’d like to see it.
Don’t worry about links to me.

Don
