Aside from increasing my anti-aliasing samples, is there anything else I can do to reduce grain in my camera depth of field effect? I’m rendering in MR, and using the Depth of Field (mental ray) multi pass effect.

If it’s a multi-pass effect, it may want more passes to be smoother. It will of course slow your render.
