Trying to install Autodesk Max 2009 I get the following error message:
Error 1920. Service ‘mentral ray 3.6 Satellite for Autodesk .....’ (mi-raysat_32sMax2009_32) failed to start. Verify that you have sufficent privileges to start system services.
I am an administrating user on a vanilla XP 32 SP2 installation.
Any hints are appreciated.

I thought exiting my antivir via RMB in the system tray would suffice .... nope.
