Mmm tried with the glare turned off

didn’t seem to work

I’ll have a look at the model itself

Fix it,

It seems it’s a geometry problem as erp_69 said.  I went through all my layers and it ended up being the back wall which was only a spine rectangle with a extrusion modifier on it.

I’ve got know idea why but deleting it and replacing it with a normal primitive rectangle got rid of the problem

Who knows, but hopefully it will be fixed in 3ds max 2010

Hi,

I ran into this problem again with our new scene. Is this still unresolved? I tried search but could not find anything.

The bug is fixed in MAX 2010. If you’re using 2009 or lower:

There is a lens shader out there to solve the issue, though I didn’t test it because I am using MAX 2010 now. But it should do exactly what you need :)
