Help importing and exporting coordinates from a mesh .3DS file.

Hi.
I have a .3DS file of a pc game very simple, (18 MB is the size of the game).
I import this file with 3DS Max, and can see a wall:

The problem is when i export this file to the game, in the game the wall don’t have the correct coordinates…
In the game, the wall correctly put:

And this is the wall when i export the file:

Why can’t import and export this mesh with the correct coordinates?
