HI,

Regular Array tool makes object regularily distributed. All distances are equal.

But how to make objects distributed with progrissively growing/narrowing distances? Like in case of geometric series:

Object_1 (distance: 0.25 cm) Object_2 (distance: 0.5 cm) Object_3 (distance: 1 cm) Object_4 (distance: 2 cm) Object_5 (distance: 4 cm) Object_6 (distance: 8 cm) Object_7 (distance: 16 cm) Object_8 ... etc.

What I need to do are patterns where objects are gradually more and more close each other.

Any ideas?

Rgs,
Ziggi

I think what you need is a combination of both the Array Tool and the Spacing Tool. Once you create your array, use the spacing tool to alter the distances between the objects. It’s under tools-align-spacing tool or Shift+I.
