Hey!

Trying to render a small animation that gives me a dialog box with “Image I/O error”. It then states the path that Im trying to save to followed by an “Internal error”.

Has this happened to anyone else?

Thanks.

There are very few 64bit codecs available. Render to an image sequence then use either the 32bit version of Max (Video Post or Ram Player) or a 3rd party app to turn it into an avi.

Max 4.2 through 2013.
XP-64 (SP2)
NVidia 9800GTX-512 (Driver 266.58).
Core 2 Quad Q6600 2.4GHz, 8Gb Ram, DX9.0c.
