Mental Ray Texture Baking questions

Hi there,
I have some questions to texture Baking with mental ray.

1. When I define the baked element ( f.e. lightning map ) the output file contains everytime the complete map. How do I get only the desired one ?
2. Using photographic exposure control results in completly white textures ( the frame buffer preview is okay ). Is there a way to fix that?
