need help.. error 1920

hi all,some days ago I have uninstall autodesk 3dsmax 2009 for to install 3dsmax design 2009. but this don’t work and it appears this message:

Error 1920. Service ‘mental ray 3.6 Satellite for Autodesk 3ds Max Design 2009 32-bit 32-bit’ (I-raysat_3dsMax2009_32) failed to start, Verrify that you have sufficent privileges to start system service.

I have tried to do of everything but without results, someone can help me
