hi,
i need to apply the material (promaterial:metal) and work with the options cutout perforations(round holes) but the size of the perforations is to big, how can i decrease the size? i need to apply to a furniture..... look at the attach…
its a box with a path defforn modifier(to generate de curve)
i try using probooleans(perforating the box with many cilinders and the applying a simple metal material) but i cant generate the perforations because 3dmax crash,,
any other idea to generate a perforated metal?
thanks.

I think the pro-mat mapping works on Real-World Map Size, use this setting on the object. To alter the size, look in Coordinates for Built in Textures and alter the tiling value.
If you want to use your own mapping, add a UVW mapper on another channel and alter the material coord UV channel to match.
