Hi,

I’m using the render subset of scene shader to render rpcs in my scene seperately. I have quite a few to select and was wondering if anyone knew how to select a lot of objects quickly when adding them to the object list for this shader. Ive tried grouping the rpcs and also creating a selection set but this hasnt worked for me. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated as selecting the individual objects one by one is a slow process.

Thanks

You can click on the add button and then press the H key to bring up the select by name dialog and type in rpc to select all of the rpc content, given that you didn’t rename any of it from the standard names.

you can group all of them together....right click on the group and assign a unique object ID to the group...then under the subset of scene shader you can input that object id # and voila...your rpc’s will be rendered only
