| Save and open Dialogs maximized can't get them back
|
|
|
Hi, today I maximized the save dialog as a mistake. Now I can’t get them smaller. If I click on the bottom right I can’t drag it smaller. The thing is, now the dialogs in other max versions installed here behave the same. How can I get them to the default size?
Regards Matthias

Hi,
issue fixed. I clicked around until I’ve got something. To restore it click where the word “save” oder “open” is ( top left ) click right and choose restore.

Yes, there is, but it’s hidden by default.
Windows Explorer > Tools > Folder Options > View (tab)
Enable “Show hidden files and folders”
Click “Apply”
Click “Like current folder”
This post gives the location of 3dsmax.ini.
[edit] Ahh - I see you fixed it :) Never mind - info may be of some use to others [/edit]
