| Viewing angle - between 3dsMax & AutoCAD
|
|
|
I want to export a 3d model from 3dsMax to AutoCAD as a DWG file, but AutoCAD doesn’t preserve the Max camera angle. so i tried to rotate my model instead of the camera but still the viewing angle is not the same, and also the perspective is different. (see attaches pic)
What should i do that the viewing angle in AutoCAD will be the same as the viewing angle (or the camera) in MAX?
Tnx

Maybe while you are in perspective view, you could hit control C on your keyboard and create a camera then maybe Auto Cad will see it from the view you want.
Not sure if that will work but who knows until you try.
Don’t have ADT installed at the moment so I can’t try it myself.
Kind regards, Tom
