Where have all the tutorials gone

Hi

Im trying to locate the tutorials but they dont seem to be in the root directory of my MaxDesign09 installation folder.

Confused??

Any ideas?

The tutorials are a normal windows help file - 3dsmax_t.chm in <installdir>\help. Accessed though Help > Tutorials. They should be installed automatically IIRC. May be different with the downloaded trial - never installed that so I can’t be sure.



Max 4.2 through 2013.
XP-64 (SP2)
NVidia 9800GTX-512 (Driver 266.58).
Core 2 Quad Q6600 2.4GHz, 8Gb Ram, DX9.0c.

Do you mean the tutorial help file or the scene files and maps? If they are not installed, they should be on the Max DVD. I don’t think they will be there if you activated the trial and didn’t run the install DVD.

the tutorials files are on the 3ds max install dvd
you just got to copy it from the dvd to your local harddrive
