1. Can I legally purchase a new (never-opened or registered) Autodesk 2010 Education Suite, if I’m not a student?

2. Will the software have restrictions like watermarks?

I have downloaded the softimage mod tool, and the UT SDK. I would like to maybe make some assets for the SDK- like a vehicle in 3ds Max, but I don’t want to spend a lot of time making something if it’s watermarked.. or if it won’t export. Thanks! :)
