I can confirm the latest drivers are ready for download and are working for Max 2010, as confirmed here: http://www.3dconnexion.com/forum...=0&postorder=asc&start=60

I think zybss’s constant harassment helped it through :)

Time for me to upgrade at last!

Software:
3ds Max Design 2012 [64bit] - Awaiting SP / Hotfix
Boot Camp (2.1) Windows 7 Ultimate [64bit] - SP1

Hardware:
Apple Mac Pro (3.1):
- 2x 2.8GHz Quad-Core Intel Xeon 5400 (8-core)
- 6GB (2x 1GB - 2x 2GB) 800MHz DDR2 ECC FB-DIMM
- ATI Radeon HD 4870 512MB GDDR5 - Driver: Catalyst 9.9

Max on a Mac: Life doesn’t get much better!

I just installed the new driver, version v3-7-12, and it works like a charm on 3DS 2010 :) It runs really fast when navigating through your scene.  One thing I did notice that the navigation is a bit choppy if you have hardware shading enabled and turn on all the hardware features.  A higher quality video card and more ram might be needed when using all the hardware settings.

Again, I highly recommend the 3Dconnexion controllers for all your 3D navigation needs!

Cheers!

I’m thinking of buying a 3Dconnexion device but I’m not sure if I will like it.
I heavily rely on keyboard shortcut, is it easy to have both?
Jumping back and forth from your spacepilot and keyboard can kill you productivity, isn’t it?
