Please someone help!!?? I have been all over the autodesk community, talked to two customer service reps, no luck, posted on one forums and they booted my request to the hardware forums so I am waiting on them. And they said I should try here also.
I have a 1tb, 16 ram, 5450 video card desktop which is built originally for gaming but I also use for school. And for the last 4 months or so my 3ds max has been crashing within 1-3 min of opening and using the software. All it does is close and I get the send error report to autodesk. I do occasionally get the do you want to save before it totally crashes.
It is registered and I have updated it with the latest updates and even tried to “revert from Direct3d” But no luck still crashing on me.
PLEASE CAN SOMEONE HELP?? And yeah have un-installed and reinstalled 5 times now.
