bones rotation

hi all,
i create a bone hierarchy, and i need to export it with external exporter (something like ogre), but a must of the project is that the exported bones are set with rotation and local rotation to <0 0 0 1> and that never happen.
it is possible to Freeze rotation of a chain of bone???
