Do you get an error, or it just crashes and disappears?
Tell us some brief system specs, including OS (32- or 64-bit). I’m wondering if you might be running out of memory.

i first used memory for the GBuffer than switched to HD-Temp mode but it also crashes

I can’t be of much help, since I am unfamiliar with FinalRender. But with 60 elements being processed, I imagine that Max would require a lot of resources, and can’t help but wonder if maybe you are running out of memory. It’s good that you use 64-bit, and have 8GB of RAM. But that may not be enough.
Have you watched the Task Manager in Windows to see your memory usage while it’s rendering? I recall a time long ago, still working in 32-bit, where once I hit the 1.8GB mark and the computer needed to push more to the pagefile, Max would crash on me. This may be a similar issue.
