Noob Question, About Exporting max file to FBX

when i exporting my rigged model into FBX

i got this error

The plug-in has detected objects with Physique modifier deformations.
The deformation will still be exported but, due to the limited
support of this modifier, we recommend using the skin modifier:

and tried to open it in motion builder 2011, the model darkened,

i want to open it in motion builder in the same texture

how can i solve this?
