On the Grid and Snap Settings Panel, the icons are partly at the wrong place (see screenshot). I’ve marked the most prominent. Anyone else?
Probably caused by installation of the Connection Extension? It adds a third menu “Body Snaps” to the Snap tab.
I’ve also noticed that the Grid Points Toggle of the Snaps toolbar didn’t work anymore. This however I could fix by replacing the button by a “fresh” one.

You have no screenshot attached (do not preview when attaching).  However, I’ve got the Connections Extension installed and see no problems with the Snaps menu here.
