Video post is giving outputs totally noisys . Jpgs and Tgas .?????

If you are rendering Jpegs, then post processing them and rendering to jpegs again, you will get second generation lossy compression with noticable artifacts.
Avoid lossy formats like jpeg and stick to lossless formats like TGA or PNG, these won’t degrade the image.
Lossy formats are OK for the final output, if that’s what you require. But try to keep each stage of the process lossless up until that point.
