I can’t imagine I have been the only one to encounter this so it’s probably been hashed and rehashed but I am coming up zilch on the forum search.
I am getting an error when trying to play the Essential Skills Movies that are offered on the start up splash screen for 2011. It prompts me to download an updated version of Flash, then the flash site tells me that 64 bit browsers are not supported.
Obviously Max is pulling up the 64 bit browser (even in the 32 bit version) and trying to play the movies on a browser that has never been supported. I am surprised it shipped with this problem.
Has anyone found a solution?
Thanks

They work here Darv (XP-64) though they insist, rather annoyingly, on using IE rather than Firefox which is my default browser. Checking in Task Manager shows that although initiated from Max 64bit, it is loading and using IE 32 bit.
They are available online - here for Max and here for Max Design.
