Hi everyone!
I’m having a problem where Backburner 2012 Manager crashes as soon as I open it.  Weird thing is it was working 2 weeks ago when I rendered the last job, but now it just crashes.  Any suggestions?

Note: I’m running on Windows 7 64-bit and I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling both 3ds Max 2012 32-bit and 64-bit many times with the same problem every time.

What does the crash say?
Is it already running?
Installing Max won’t help Backburner, you have to uninstal and re instal Backburner...fyi

Sorry for the late reply, but it started working randomly a few days after this problem.  The original problem was as soon as I opened the manager, the window would pop up and then a windows error saying: “Backburner Manager Application has stopped working”, then it would close.  Weird thing is, after a few days, it started working again, and now its crashing again.  I’ve uninstalled it and reinstalled it, but I get the same problem.

We have the same problem with the Manager on our server. I have to start it manually after each boot.
