I just started using IRay and found an issue that I need help on. In Mental Ray I can render Billboards. In IRay, the billboard image does not show up. See attached image. Is there a setting that I need to change? Or does IRay not support billboards?

Probably the billboards are made with the material other than Arch&Design - which is fully supported by iRay.
All you have to do is convert materials used with billboards to Arch&Design.
You can use for example free version of this:
http://www.infinity-vision.de/page/shader-utilities
from here:
http://www.infinity-vision.de/page/su_free_version
to convert it automatically.
