The only lag I notice in the viewport while using nitrous is the transparent textures look pixelated, then fade into a smoother texture after moving camera/viewport angles.  Is this considered the same/similar lag others are experiencing or is there additional lag I just haven’t encountered yet?  I’m using an EVGA GTX 560 ti DS SC with 1GB dedicated memory.  Obviously I’m new here and will need to read more through the forums.  I have seen my scene objects suddenly appear as if the normals flipped after moving camera positions and I need to restart Max to correct the issue.

I am on subscription and I do have 2013 installed.  I noticed the same effect with transparent textures in 2013.  Unfortunately, I still need to use 3DS Max 2012 for the time being due to a 3rd party plug-in not yet available for Max 2013.  This relates to my freelance work, so I can’t stop using 2012 just yet.

*I actually need to re-install my software because I just installed a SSD yesterday.

It is normal for transparency to refine as you stop moving the viewport.
