I have come across a problem with Max and Vue and not sure if it is Max or Vue?
I have scene that is able to render out but when I try to save the file; Max crashes or locks up with a spinning Windows 7 icon and the program hoses.
The error when crashes is “An error has occurred and the application will close. Do you what to attempt to save a copy of the current scene”.
Question: Is there a log of the error and where can find out what the error and how to correct it.
I have tried the Vue 9.5 and 10 in Max 2012sp2 and file does the same.
Any suggestions would be helpful.
