Hi, this is the first time I got the new Max entertainment creation suite under subscription. When I launch Max and try to use the subscription serial number+key it says invalid. If I try to use the license transfer utility it gives an error saying the license was not exported on the machine (which makes sense). How do I install a suite license? Do I need to uninstall 2012 suite first? I haven’t done that right now.

Are you using your new 2013 serial number and the 2013 product key?

Stephen, thanks for replying. Yes, I am using the 2013 serial number and key. From what I can understand though, these are for the suite and not for individual products? Should I be able to use the suite serial number and key with each product in the suite?
