Hi all,

I am making animations for an offshore company. After some testing we decieded to use the dreamscape plugin. Which also forced us to switch from Mental Ray to default scanline renderer.

When rendering at first everything seemed fine. but after looking closely and pasting all the frames together we discovered the animation start having a black noise but only on the objects.

Does any one have any suggestions how to solve this problem??
Or does anyone have any suggestions of what I am doing wrong??

I am using dreamscape 2.5F and 3ds max 2012 Design x64.

Processor: Inter® Xeon® CPU X5450 @ 3.00 GHz 3.00 GHz(2 procossors)
RAM: 32 GB
System Type: 64-bit Opertaing System
NVIDIA Quadro FX 3700

I Only have the standard Renderers that come with 3ds max.

Please help.

Looks good.  Dreamscape still exists?
I was expecting this to be a lighting issue when I clicked on it, but since this is a purchased model, I would assume you have some overlaid or coplanar or coinstance faces in there.  You’ve probably already figured this out by now?
