I was messing around with my dual monitor setup, I dragged the ribbon to the other monitor and it disapeared. I’ve done everything from file<reset to loading the default ui to show<ribbon and deleting the ui files and repairing the software and I still cannot get the ribbon to reapear

do you try with ...
C:\Documents and Settings\USER\Local Settings\Application Data\Autodesk\3dsMaxDesign\2011 - 64bit\enu\UI
and delete the files inside there?
