Wireframe when rotating

When I rotate my scene, all objects are shown in wireframe also they are shown by their original shapes (ex: boxes and cylinders).  Does someone know what i did in order to do this and how I can turn it off?  Its very annoying.

Press “O” (letter oh, not zero). Adaptive Degradation toggle.



Max 4.2 through 2013.
XP-64 (SP2)
NVidia 9800GTX-512 (Driver 266.58).
Core 2 Quad Q6600 2.4GHz, 8Gb Ram, DX9.0c.
