Hi. First, sorry for my poor english :)

I have downloaded the trial version of 3ds max 2010 Design from Autodesk website.
During the installation of 3ds max 2010 Design, I get a “fatal error” (but BackBurner is been installed). I have the system requirements and enough space on my hard disk.

What can I do.
Thanks.

You could both help us to help you by giving the exact error message(s) and your system details, especially which OS you’re using.

NVidia 9800GTX-512 (Driver 266.58).

I have this system configuration: Windows Xp SP3 Intel P4 3.2Ghz 2GB RAM 20GB Free Hard Disk Space ( on 60GB) Ati Radeon 9700 DX9c

I simply get an error during the 3ds max 2010 installation (after that Backburner is been installed successfuly) :  Fatal Error during installation
