My 4 year Lenovo Y460 is dying and I’ve been searching for the next ideal laptop for 3D rendering. I’m no longer considering Alienware just because I don’t wanna be caugt dead with it lol. It has to be light-weight because I always travel that’s why I’m consdering Macbook Pro. The latest Macbook Pro Retina is almost prefect but I read a lot of reviews and I heard there’s lag on this-&-that. If there’s a lag on this-&-that then how much more if I use it for cad/3D, right? I just wanna know if any Macbook Pro is fit for the job.

Thanks Guys! :)

Moved from Max2011 as this is a Hardware question.
