We just received our max 2010 licences…
I’ve just installed the 1st one on a XP64 machine… and got my 1st problem…
when I try to start the 32bit or the 64bit version I got this message :
this application has failed to start because assetmanagement.dll was not found.
Re-installing the application may fix the problem.
the missing .dll IS in the max folder, and when I re-installed the soft I still have the same problem…
any idea ?
this is a bit urgent, and make me stress :D

What OS are you installing on? You may need to run as administrator (Right-click and select Run As...).
