activate license problem

hello folks,
After i installed max 2011, and i tried to activate , but the MAX gave me blank activated window, as attatched picture, does anyon know how to fix it?? please help, thank you first.

thanks for repy, but i do connect internet, and reinstall max previouse version (2008 , 2009 etc.), they all gave me same problems, really shocked me, because they all activated normally before (i turn off my anti-virus program during reinstall and re-activated time), it’s drive me crazy now.

You’ll likely need to deactiveate your firewall as well, or give Max permission to access the ‘net.

Hmm...A friend from school has the same issue, but doesn’t seem to be the firewall or anything that causes the problem…
