I have an educational copy of 3dsmax 2009 SP1 that is licensed and registered.
It has been working great for months however now it refuses to load, instead a message displays “AD32lw not working” and then no splash screen or anything comes up, strangely enough ATI Catalyst wont initiate any more either.
I have uninstalled re-installed Max in 32 bit and 64 bit configurations and neither attempt to get Max going was successful.
Before this happened I accidently Hid all the Windows User files (thought I deleted them) but fiquired it out and then un-hid them all...not sure how this could effect Max and ATI Catalyst but this seems like a Visa thing not an Autodesk thing (Mudbox and Combustion work fine)
