I am getting an error “unexpected Exception” when network rendering which i have never had before. Every one of my 5 machines gets it. The just recover and carry on but it happens quite a bit whick is killing my efficiency.

I read that there are hot fixes etc and they should be installed on all the machines…

Now do i have to install them all or just the latest one. It didnt seemt to say that in the hot fix info page.

And is the Service pack a separate item again?

Does anyone think this will help?

I also changed a network switch and wonder if that is causing my problems.

You would need 2.

Hotfix 2009.03.16 states that it includes all previous SP and Hotfixes.
Hotfix 2009.08.18 does NOT explicitly state that, so install both, this one last.

Whether it will fix your problem I couldn’t say (no net rendering here :( ).
