max 2011-64b ribbon is unable to initialize ...

hi
when initializing ...
”error parsing xaml file, root element is missing”
after pressing OK it say :
”The main ribbon configuration file is possibly corrupt,reset to factory default?”
also after reseting it ,there is no ribbon and its toolbar button has no effect
i dont want to reinstall max…
how i must find a default file and replace where?
