Greetings all!
I have just thought of putting together a render farm. a few computers around the house and friends. what is great is that i don’t have to buy a separate license for every single computer on the farm but my question is that Do i need to have a plug-in that i use for production installed on every single rendering server? the plug-in is afterburn b/w.

Yes, if the scene to be rendered uses the plugin, it must be installed on all renderers. The good news is that Afterburn is an official certified plugin, that means you are allowed to install it on your unlicensed render nodes. Some plugin makers don’t allow this and make you buy licenses for the render nodes.
