I installed it yesterday and everything works fine. Now, if i start VIZ it hangs on the startscreen and try to load cmbtex.dlt.

Ive reinstalled it but no changes.

What happend? Any tips?

Try moving that file to another folder (should be in the StdPlug) and see if it can startup then.  If that’s the case, then the file may be corrupt somehow.  I know you said you reinstalled, but make sure that all of those files are removed at uninstall, and remove everything saved in your profile regarding Max before reinstalling.

If it still hangs even after you’ve moved that file, you could try moving/deleting your 3dsmax.ini file and see if something in there is corrupt or incorrect.  That one can cause a lot of issues when it isn’t working properly.
