Weird Behavior

I have Problem when I load the “ Particle View “ or Press “ 6 “ in MaX 2009
I get this odd behavior !!!
I Can’t End up Max Excpet from the task Manger, if i didn’t- i get lots of “3dsmax.exe"s as you see in the snapshot i upload.

and i use max with the latest updates and once without and i get the same thing!!!
you know that’s bad and consumin’ my ram

I tried to reinstall fresh copy of max 2009 after reformat the whole two systems “ XP & Vista “ X64 and the problem still there

I got the same thing on win vista and XP 32bit

by the wAY : MY NVIDIA GTX275 AT THE LATEST DRIVER

Max 6 through 2009, Vista 64 SP2 X64. also XP Pro SP2 X64
asus p5qc
NVidia GTX 275 (Driver 196.21).
Core 2 Quad Q6600 2.4GHz, 4Gb Ram, 10Gb Swap, DX9.0c

That is odd, and strange (not seen my self before). 
Are you logged in as full admin?
With the Task Manager up, when do you see these new 3dsmax.exe appear, do they start when you press 6 the first time for PFlow, or each time it is pressed?
If you exit out of 3ds Max with the File menu, do any of the 3dsmax.exe end and close?

first i logged as an admin…
second :
the “3dsmax.exe” start each time i open a new separet file and open particle view in that file,
third, i closed max for the file menu >> nothing change
