I think to get that PC for 3ds Max:

Core i7 2600 Quad Core (3.4GHz)
Gigabyte P67A-D3-B3
NVIDIA QUADRO 600 1.0GB
4GB DDR3 1333MHz x 4

my question is do i use NVIDIA QUADRO for GPU render (iray) or get more powerfull CPU and render with CPU?

please give me an advice

Not with that card you won’t...it needs more memory, and more cores to give you much benefit. Don’t expect a $200 to do what a $2000 card can do. It depends on what you plan on doing with Max…animation or stills rendering. iRay is ok for stills but I would not use it to render an animation, at this time.
