xp to x64: transfer license

just switched to x64 and cant activate it, as i have already two licenses running (home use)
can i switch my office license from xp pro to xp x64 using the license transfer utillity?

I don’t think you need to transfer a license to go between operating systems; the same license should work for XP Pro or XP 64 (for the same version of the product).
