I know it’s not appropriate to not have a Light defined, and to use the default scanline light.  But that’s the way these old files appear to be setup.  I could/should add a light I suppose, but, explain this to me first:
Does that light get defined randomly somehow?

Look at these two images in RAM player or photoshop or something.

At first glance you might think it’s an ICC thing, or gamma or something.  But the spec is in a different spot - indicating the light has changed position/angle.

The difference in rendering of these two files are thus:
One rendered direct from Max, the other sent as a single frame Net Render Job and rendered on the same computer.  One immediately following the other.
What gives?
