I have a middle res object with a displacement texture and want to bake it to a low res object normal map.
The object with displacement appears just fine on a usual render. But when I try to use render-to-texture tool and bake the displaced details into a normal map of a low poly object all those displaced details seems goes nowhere. Looks like the render-to-texture tool just doesn’t see any displacement on the hi poly object.
Am I missing something?
