Hey,

Is there a way to have a light affect only specific objects in the scene and not all of them? I am coming over from Maya and there its called Light linking but I can’t seem to find it in max.

Thanks

Daniel

If you select your light and go to the Modify tab, there’s a button in there called Exclude.  If you click on it, it pops up a dialog box where you can pick objects from a list to have the light either Exclude or Include.
